Writing Prompt Results

"Suffering from writer's block, one day Gracy visited a Writing Prompt Generator and the Storry Spinner. A few short clicks later, the block broke into pieces. These are her results:"

It all started...

...with a trip to the land of Google. Gracy queried for "writing prompts," and was taken to many wonderful sites. She settled on two that promised randomly generated results - she felt certain that if it failed to inspire on the first go, she could keep clicking until something clicked with her fickle muse.

Her first selection at the Writing Prompt Generator was:

The Protagonist: a ghost hunter

The Antagonist: a wicked witch

The Setting: a graveyard

The Goal: to explore an island

An important event: finding a secret document

An important object: a compass

This looked promising, even if somewhat more fantastical than what she had in mind. Curiosity being a constant friend, she clicked one more time to find:

The Protagonist: a werewolf

The Antagonist: a jealous friend

The Setting: a houseboat

The Goal: to keep a secret

An important event: finding an unexpected helper

An important object: a silver box

Hmm, she thought to herself, this looks interesting. I bet I could even combine the two results!
